Experience Añejo

Our añejo is aged for a minimum of 18 months in oak whiskey barrels, allow for rich, complex flavors of roasted agave, chocolate, and oak to shine through—showing the complexity of Agave spirits as it ages. 

Produced using traditional methods, from hand-harvested agave to small-batch distillation.

Each bottle of Jon Basil Añejo is aged for at least  18 months in oak barrels, allowing the spirit to develop a rich and complex flavor profile.

The result is a Perfectly balanced, well rounded Anejo full-bodied mouthfeel with deep notes of toffee and vanilla with hints of black pepper.
