Return & Refund Policy

At Jon Basil Tequila, every bottle is crafted and packaged with exceptional care. Due to the nature of premium spirits and industry regulations, please review the following policy prior to purchase.


All Sales Are Final

Because our products are consumable, regulated alcoholic beverages, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item ordered

  • Unwanted gifts

  • Unopened or unused bottles

This policy helps us maintain the integrity, safety, and authenticity of every bottle that leaves our facility.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Although returns are not permitted, your satisfaction is our priority.

Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Email info@jonbasiltequila.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Navidium Shipping Protection

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we offer Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout.

This optional protection covers:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier damage

  • Delivery irregularities outside of our control

If Navidium is purchased

You may file a claim for a swift replacement or refund without waiting on carrier investigations.

If Navidium is not purchased

Resolutions for loss, theft, or carrier-related damage cannot be guaranteed and will depend on carrier policies.

For peace of mind, we strongly recommend adding Navidium to your order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For shipments delivered to EU countries, customers have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, even for consumable goods.

Items must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

This is the only return exception required by law.


Refunds (When Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect order:

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method

  • Please allow 10 business days for processing

  • Your bank or credit provider may require additional time to post the refund
